Deutsche Bank Research Report confirms major progress on Mapeley Beta
The asset and property management strategy for the high profile Mapeley Beta loan, which contains part of the Microsoft Campus at Reading, received a vote of confidence this month from leading Deutsche Bank analyst Paul Heaton.
His report on the work so far initiated by Solutus Advisors as Loan Special Servicer with the appointed asset and property management team at FI Real Estate Management pointed to major progress in terms of the workout of the loan.
