Fitch Upgrades Solutus’ Primary Servicer Ratings
Fitch Ratings has upgraded their rating of Solutus Advisors Limited from CPS3+ to CPS2-. Two new systems implemented this year have brought operational improvements including full loan life cycle management, production of statements, automatic tracking and reporting, tracking borrower conditions and monitoring breaches/insurance requirements. Solutus’ loan administration tracking technology is commensurate with a ‘1’ rating category.
Solutus were also commended on the experienced servicing team and staff retention levels which is comparable with peers rated 2 and higher. The team forecast future recruitment throughout 2020.
