Solutus Advisors reaffirmed Average by Standard and Poor’s

Standard and Poor’s (S&P) has reaffirmed the company’s rating at Average as a Special Commercial Mortgages Servicer with a Stable Outlook.

Solutus managed a commercial mortgages portfolio of £1.45billion as at December 2016, an increase of 26% on the prior year.

The overall ranking reflects Standard and Poor’s view of Solutus as a sustainable expanding business, increasing its’ portfolio within a challenging sector.
